Adrian Tudor
Adrian Tudor is Program Officer in RFD’s Protect pillar. He works closely with Program Director Adela Militaru to implement institutional engagement, with deputy responsibility for developing relationships and identifying development and funding opportunities that advance RFD’s mission. He also implements campaign, digital communications, and public-positioning activities.
Before joining RFD, Adrian coordinated communications at Aresel in Romania, where he shaped public strategy and supported civic mobilisation and electoral observation. A creative strategist and media entrepreneur, his experience spans content production, campaign management, technology, and the translation of complex political issues into clear public narratives.
Adrian holds degrees in Law and Management. He is a fellow of the Aspen Institute, the National Democratic Institute, and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
At RFD, Adrian combines institutional relationship-building, political communication, legal understanding, and technology. His contribution helps turn institutional engagement into practical opportunities for programme development, partnerships, and funding, strengthening RFD’s capacity to advance its mission across Europe.
