Anda Constantin
Anda Constantin is Country Manager at Roma for Democracy in Romania. She manages and administers RFD’s country development initiatives, coordinating implementation across political participation, democratic governance, institutional accountability, and support for Roma-led public leadership.
Anda’s experience spans human rights, public communication, civic engagement, and work with Roma officeholders. Before joining RFD, she contributed to Aresel campaigns and public actions focused on representation, dignity, anti-racism, and equal political participation.
Anda is studying Public Administration at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest.
At RFD, Anda connects programme priorities with field implementation, public institutions, and Roma officeholders. Her work ensures that country initiatives are organised, administered, and carried through consistently, while local evidence informs strategy and institutional relationships support practical results.
